Caffeine alcohol and stress all depletes magnesium.

Migraines are supposed to be linked to magnesium deficiencies. Apparently one of the highest natural sources of magnesium is raw cacao, which is raw chocolate.Source: David Wolfe

With the headaches, try pickle juice, I learned that back in my powder monkey days. The nitroglycerin would give me terrible headaches and the juice helped👍

Hey bud, I own an E42 Bob Cat mini ex with a hydraulic thumb and it is very versatile. 10,000lb machine. I’ve used it setting 2400lb blocks on retaining walls, digging in irrigation, footings, stump removal and all my landscaping needs. And you are right when you need bigger, rent, which I have done many times. But for an all around good size tractor it is awesome. Good video! Spot on!!

Hey thanks for the video! I am 20 and have a lawn and landscaping company and I'm trying to decide on my first large piece of equipment. I'm debating on a tractor or skid steer and I would really love some one on one advice I know you are busy but if you had a chance I would greatly appreciate it if I could ask you some questions..

Gonna make a suggestion for the migrain based on my own personal experience. Soda drinks. In particular, diet soda. It contains aspartame artificial sweetener, although the "normal" ones with high fructose corn syrup are not much better. For the longest time I believed my headaches were due to eye strain or stress. After months of going to different doctors with no relief, I just decided to start with a process of elimination to see if it was something I was eating causing my pain. Stopped drinking sodas, migraines went away almost instantly. May not work for you, but it never hurts to try.

At 23 I'd had migraines all through high school and college. 3-4 times a week. Mine were so bad I could only find relief by sleeping it off with valium or sitting in a quiet closet in the dark. Went to get braces on my teeth, after the X-rays the doctor asked if I'd been having bad head aches. Never mentioned them to him. Turns out an impacted wisdom tooth, all 4 where impacted, was pressing on a nerve. Never had a problem with my teeth other than being crooked. After removal I've had the regular head aches everyone gets but have never had another migraine.

For those headaches, check your food labels -  try cutting out foods or drink with "red 40" food coloring added.

Great video man. Sorry about your head. If your on caffeine quit and drink tons of water. The first few days will suck but it will help.

Awesome video Stan. Very educational.

You're getting head aches because you're not drinking enough fluids!! If that doesn't work get checked out asap! Use ear buds instead of directly talking on the phone will help save your brain

Migraine can only be fixed by fixing your brain, you need to calm your brain down.

No, they don't ALL make the best. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard you say. Some brands don't hold value, so unless you are going to keep it forever and run that machine into the ground..... That wall looks like crap, I would have expected better of you and your guys. I wouldn't put my name on a boulder wall that looked like that.

I’ve owned Cat, Volvo, John Deere/hitachi, and Komatsu, all good machines but at the end of the day Komatsu has given me the least amount of problems machine and dealer wise!!

If you are saved all you have to do is say head ache go away in the name of Jesus! Jesus name is above all names! 1Peter 2:24 We were healed by his strips! It works for me!
Michael Lee Tuesday, February 6th, 2018
Down here where we are at Caterpillar has been the dealer that takes care of us best! WE have a couple pieces of Komatsu and they are great machines but parts are a considerable amount of more money when they do break. We do also have quite a few John Deere farm tractors and a early 90s 310 turbo John Deere backhoe that I think is indestructible. Always wanted to give Volvo a shot but the nearest dealer is a hour and a half away and that just wouldn't be practicable.

You are so right on the guys running the older equipment, I grew up in the age of excavators didn't have "thumbs", and TLB's didn't have "front assist", and what was a mini digger or skid steer you hardly ever saw one L.O.L. To be honest the "newer" generations should have the safety training, and run the older equipment without the toy's as part of the training to they'd learn a lot about "operating" equipment. A buddy of mine's about 55 and runs his own equipment and sub drives for another company . He said if the machine they use to put pipe in goes down 95% of the 10 year olds on the sub job can't pick up a culvert without using a thumb. He goes over there and educates them. I've walked my 2wd TLB in and out of situations, the 10 year old's are burying a front assist and need towing out with a dozer or track hoe. How the heck do these younger guys think anything ever got done when machines didn't have all the toys, it still happened somehow L.O.L. Thanks for sharing and I hope you got rid of the migraines.

I suffer from grand mal seizures and after I have an episode I have the worse headache you could imagine. My gf who is in to essential oils gives me peppermint oil and it helps most of the time. Since I have to watch out with most meds and if they interact with my current meds, essential oils seem to help. Not pitching a product to you but it honestly it's worth a shot. . My fiance store in case your interested
